Booking Terms and Conditions

Deposit – 1st-night room value is required to guarantee a booking for two or more nights. All deposits are non-refundable. Debit or Credit Card details or payment in full can be used to guarantee bookings of one night.

Special Requirements – Please inform hotel staff at the time of booking and we will endeavor to accommodate
your requirements.

Check-in Requirments – We may require a valid ID if requested on check-in.  Under 18’s are not allowed to check-in and will be charged as a cancellation if unable to provide sufficient ID to confirm.

Check-in Time – Guests may check-in from 10am, however, the Hotel cannot guarantee access to the bedrooms
before 2pm. Please advise us beforehand if you will be arriving after 11pm to make provisions to check you in.  We may require ID to be e-mailed in advance to validate you at check-in.

Check-out Time – Guests must vacate bedrooms and check-out by 11am. The Hotel reserves the right to charge
for an additional night’s accommodation if the bedroom is not vacated by this time.

Cancellations – Once a booking is made the Hotel reserves the right to make a charge if the booking is
canceled, amended or the services not used. We therefore recommend holiday insurance is taken out.

Charges outlined below:
One night bookings – If we are not notified before 1pm the day before the arrival date, the full booking amount
will be charged.

Two-night booking or more – Please see below:

More than 30 Deposit only
Between 29 & 15 60% of the Booking ex VAT
Between 14 & 1 90% of the Booking ex VAT
During booking 100%

If the deposit is greater than the cancellation charge, the full amount of the deposit will be taken instead.
We will make every effort to re-let the room. If we do, these amounts will be deducted from the booking before
calculating the cancellation charge.

We regret that no allowance can be made for meals not taken or for any temporary absence from the Hotel.
