For the outdoor explorer’s we have beautiful walks and scenery along the coast line. You can venture out further and explore the southdowns, with Beachy Head and Seven Sisters particular places of interest. We are also surrounded by beautiful country sides, with the cuckoo trails, Pevensey Castle, historic Hastings and Battle with it’s Abbey and a plethora of country homes with beautiful gardens, and hundreds of years of history.
For the lovers of the arts, we are close to Glyndebourne for opera and classical music. In Eastbourne itself we have many theatres showing west end shows, pantomime, bands and comedians. The conference facilities and art galleries have even more to offer and during the summer months the Bandstand has numerous concerts during the week and fireworks on a Wednesday night. We can not mention all this and not mention the Pier that stand as a proud beacon to the British seaside.
